Q1What counts as a "question"?+
Each new prompt you send to GodEngine is one question; follow-ups inside the same answer are part of that turn. Free gives you 3 questions per hour, Pro 50, and Team 100. The counter resets one hour after your first question.
Q2What happens when I hit my hourly limit?+
We show you how long until it resets. You can wait for the window to roll over, or upgrade to a higher plan for more questions per hour — the upgrade takes effect the moment your payment clears.
Q3Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and there is no lock-in.
Q4What payment methods do you accept?+
All major Indian methods via Razorpay — UPI, netbanking, cards, and wallets. Prices are in INR (India-first); international cards can be enabled on request.
Q5Do my questions or data train your models?+
No. GodEngine's reasoning is constructed from formulas, not learned from your conversations. Your data stays yours, and every answer ships a signed provenance trace.
